How many hens can live in a Nestera chicken coop / duck house?
For our OG coops, we have 3 sizes available: Small, Medium and Large. The Small is designed for up to 3 medium size fowls or 5 bantams, the Medium for up to 5 medium size fowls or 9 bantams and the Large suits up to 8 medium size fowls or 15 bantams.
Can I install an automatic door opener on a Nestera coop?
Absolutely! We offer a Nestera Automatic Door Opener as an optional extra with all our coops. Discreet pre-drilled holes are included on each coop for easy installation. Please note that this item is not compatible with the Duck House.
Do the coops hold up in strong winds?

Condensation tends to be an issue when there is insufficient ventilation. Our coops have adjustable vents to ensure that the humidity that causes condensation is always well managed.
